“We confirmed with the provider prior to departure. They did not turn up to pick us up. Very distressing trying to contact them and in the end couldn't contact them and had to call Viator for some help. Definitely wouldn't recommend this service or company. Extremely poor customer service.”

“Thé driver was kind enough to wait for us as we came in 7 minutes before departure time. Good driver as well.”
